The purpose of the company established on December 20, 2013, is the "design, writing, distribution, and publishing of all media, particularly in the electronic field, acquisition and provision of advice and services in advertising and marketing, in the form of an advertising agency among others (see statutes for complete purpose)." Its board of directors consists of Damien Piller (president), Delphine Piller (secretary director), Markus Baumer (director), Thierry Savary (director), and Patrick Vallélian (director-manager). The auditing body is the fiduciary Jean-Marie Etienne SA, in Fribourg.
