Au péril de sa vie, une vie pleine et entière qui s'est terminée dans la nuit de lundi 11 au mardi 12 février 2019. La maladie de Charcot a eu raison de Tato. Hommage.

He has received numerous awards for his sketchbooks, including the Writing Prize at the Biennale du Carnet de Voyage for De Bric et de broc (2006), and the Grand Prix des écrivains voyageurs (2008).
